For Refund or Exchanges of Online Purchases:

We do not offer cash back refunds at all unless it is a manufactoring fault.  If  it is a manufactoring fault we will asses the problem and issue a refund as required.  As we do not have a cash back option- we do however offer a credit note/product exchange program.  We will analyze the return and issue a credit note to you .  You are free to choose anything else you see on our website!  As we are getting in new stock all the time finding something to replace your not suitable item will be a breeze!!!  Remember our shops are fully stocked and it may be worth a phonecall to find out if new stock has arrived that hasnt hit the website yet.

Returned items may Not be Damaged or Wornor have odours. (all tags must be intact)

All Returns or Exchanges require a Return Authorization Code. Customer must acquire Code before sending merchandise back. Any return without Authorization Code will not be granted a refund.

Phone or Email us you return requests within 3 days of receiving clothes. A customer representative will immediately contact you with a return authorization code.

Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and include the original invoice and mark on the top right the authorization code. All returned items must Not be Damaged or Worn in any way.

Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your credit note to be issued, and For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your credit note to be issued.
